Registration Opens May 1, 2018 at 12:01AM

Registration Closes August 1, 2018 at 11:59PM (or when an age group fills up)

New Families: When you click to register you will need to create a new Blue Star account. This account should be in the name of the parent/guardian who will be responsible for the child's soccer program. This parent/guardian should be listed as Parent/Guardian #1 on the registration form.

Returning Families: If you do not have your username & password. you can enter your e-mail address and a message will be sent to you. Please do not create a new account if you have an established account from previous registrations, e-mail for assistance or to update your email address.

Play Up Requests: Players are placed on teams based on their birth years--no play up requests are allowed starting in August 2017 per U.S. Soccer's birth year mandate. (Fall 2017 teams were "grandfathered" in and are allowed to keep their returning players that are playing up. However, no new "play up" requests will be granted to these teams.) All other players are registered to teams based on their birth year. You can reference the age chart by clicking on this link Player Age Chart.

Day of Games: North County Youth Soccer Association sets the days of games for all clubs.

  • Micro teams (U4/U5 and U6/U7) always have Saturday morning games (usually at 8:30am, 9:30am or 10:30am) at the same location (location TBD).
  • U8 teams play on Saturday OR Sunday based on coach's choice. Games start as early as 9am on Saturdays and games are Sunday games usually start no earlier than 12:00pm.
  • U9, U10, U11 and U12 teams will play a Saturday AND Sunday schedule--6-7 games played on Saturday and 3-4 games on Sunday.
  • U13, U14 & U15 will play on Saturdays.
  • U16, U17, U18 & U19 will play on Sundays.

NOTE: One game per weekend will be the norm for all age groups, but divisions with an odd number of teams could result in BYEs and two games in a weekend--one Saturday and one Sunday. Sunday games usually start at 12:00pm or later.

Spring League Team Placement does not have any effect on Fall League Team Placement.

Refund Policy: To receive a 100% refund (minus a $10.00 processing fee), you must email our registrar: before August 1st. A 50% refund will be issued to email requests received between August 1st and the first game, minus $10.00 processing fee. Refunds are not available after the 1st game starts. Phone calls asking for a refund will not be honored. We will only accept email requests.

Players may not participate in MYSC activities until registration is complete. Complete registration consists of:

1) On-line registration form completed

2) Payment received by MYSC. (Payment by credit card is credited immediately. Registration is not complete until payment is received. (MYSC provides Financial Aid for the fall season only.)

3) Copy of government issued proof of age reviewed by MYSC registrars. A copy of a government issued proof of age document must be reviewed for each new player. Acceptable documents include birth certificates, passports, drivers' licenses and visas. Documents issued by hospitals or churches are NOT acceptable.

Failure to complete registration on time may result in cancellation of registration and loss of your child's placement on the team.
